Return Policy

When ordering online, we know that choosing the correct size can be challenging. And, while quality control is a top priority for us and our fulfillment partner, mistakes do happen from time to time. 

So if you're ever in a situation where you need to return an apparel item, below are some guidelines:

  • All apparel is eligible for return. Drinkware, stickers and other items are not eligible for return.
  • To return an item, you must request a return by emailing to receive an RMA number and a proper return address.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of your delivery date and include the RMA # on the package. 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns that are received past the policy date will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be in original condition, unworn & unwashed with original stickers or tags attached.
  • Once a return is received & inspected you will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-gift card.
  • E-gift card will be sent to the email address on file with the order.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns. We recommend holding on to your tracking number.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
